  • After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, you may still cancel the order, but you will be responsible for returning the items to us. Please see our Return Policy for further instructions.

2.2 Subscription Cancellation

For any subscription-based services, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel before the end of a billing cycle, you will not receive a refund for the remaining period, but your subscription will remain active until the end of the current cycle.

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Refund Issuance: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

  • Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
